All trip proposal requests can be made by contacting A.W.A. directly, either by telephone (302) 436-0153 or E-mail. We will be happy to assist you in planning your vacation and will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding special arrangements or a particular destination.

Based on instructions/information received, A.W.A. will draft an itinerary, (including estimated costs) for approval/discussion. Once a final itinerary has been agreed upon, a 30% to 50% deposit (depending on the trip) is required prior to booking.

A.W.A. can also arrange for the service of a personal guide(s) to accompany your party, either for a segment of the trip or the duration. We can also arrange airline reservations/ticketing, if requested, while we always select and reserve all lodging, vehicle rentals, all activities (guided fishing, horseback riding, rafting, etc.) as well as referrals to others eventually available in the area. Detailed, personalized maps of the traveled areas are also provided, as well as telephone assistance along the trip, if needed.

The following is usually not included: Meals and drinks, National Parks and/or Indian Reservation entrance fees (small amounts to be paid in cash), gasoline and optional extra insurance on vehicle rentals, personal items, fishing licenses and gear, and everything not specifically mentioned.
